This is an introductory course that covers key concepts surrounding green coffee, from growing, harvesting, processing, shipping and storage to arrival at a roastery.

The course is for people new to the coffee industry or those looking to explore in general the green coffee stages of the specialty coffee supply chain. It introduces core concepts of green coffee grading and cupping evaluation for quality and profile distinctions due to processing or species.
